I’m Bruno Damião, award-winning Executive Creative Director currently leading the creative team at VML Germany. With a degree in Advertising and Cinema, I bring over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, having worked at top agencies like DDB Berlin, DDB São Paulo (AFRICA), and Leo Burnett Germany. Throughout my career, I’ve crafted global campaigns for major brands like Amazon, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Cadillac, Beiersdorf, Reporters Without Borders, Uber, Telekom, McDonalds, Samsung, LIDL, Heinz, Google, Walmart, Ferrero, among others

My passion for creativity, design and craft has been recognized at some of the world’s most prestigious award festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, LIA Awards, Epica Awards, Eurobest, ADC New York, and the Effie Awards, among others.

I’m equally enthusiastic about exploring new technologies, social platforms, and cultures. Outside of work, I dedicate time to community-focused NGOs such as the "Clean The River Project," "Give Something Back to Berlin," and "Über den Tellerrand."
